This clinic and team have been taking care and looking at my dog since 2006, due to an a family personal problem that did not involve the clinic by any means, after 16 years I finally had to let go of my dog and of course I called goose creek vet which is her primary doctors i called and asked if she could be seen as an emergency because she needed to be let go and their receptionist Aveva told me they could not do anything they were too busy with emergencie, an hour later they called my mother and told her the truth that they lied because they had to get permission from their practice manager Kyle to allow my dog and I to come up to be put out of her misery a whole hour later... this practice is so neglectful and rude and just has no compassion just utterly disgusting please be carefu and do not trust these people they only care for money. Also doctor brown does not sedated animals before euthanasia which is extremely wrong and cruel in a lot of peoples opinion
